Our roots

Our roots at Analyste Oy go way back to 1981 but our operations started with the familiar name again in March 2018. This is when Basware sold its Payment services division and we became an independent company again. Our new company has a very strong history and domain expertise in Payments and CashForecasting that we have developed for several decades.

Analyste Oy consists of ca 50 professionals within the FinTech domain. Our own product development, consulting and customer services functions serve our loyal customers in Finland. Our own Sales team work closely with selected customers and partners to deliver modern and automated solutions to our network.

What we will need from you

  • Bachelor or equivalent background with 8 + years of Experience
  • Experience in:
    • product feature testing and test case planning
    • test automation
    • product defect analysis, issue replication and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of the payment and account reporting domain, financing processes in a financial institution or a bank, treasury department or shared service center
  • Being a team member sharing all your knowledge. Responsibilities will include:
    • Extensive quality assurance
    • Perform regression testing by using the existing unit and integration tests (for automated tests)
    • Write automation testing scripts
    • Review code for automation testing scripts
    • Over a period develop good understanding of the code architecture, structure and various module dependencies
    • Analyzing reported product defects
    • Collecting and maintaining product defect statistics
    • Collaborating with delivery consultants and customer care as part of defect analysis

We are looking for an International Account Executive who will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing


  • Developing and executing Territory Plans, with a planned focus on selected markets, primarily the UK and Benelux
  • Independently identifying and acquiring new customers, in addition to up selling to an existing customer

base in close cooperation with Analyste partners and supported by Analyste´s highly professional presales and consulting teams

  • Preparing and executing demos together with the customers utilizing our presales resources
  • Achieving a sales target
  • Building up a sustainable pipeline for the chosen segment(s) along with the social media marketing team and direct contact/direct contact partners


  • Experienced in managing complex sales, utilizing models for solution selling
  • Proven success in hunting and closing “net new names” preferably in an international context
  • Existing network and a basic understanding of cash management, finance, and treasury processes
  • Native-level English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Natural born hunter who enjoys beating set targets

You will thrive if you have

  • You have 2+ years of successful software solutions sales experience
  • Experience in selling to senior decision-makers
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who prefers doing business instead of sitting in a stuffy office following processes

This position is based in the UK from a home office/office space. The absolute most important feature for this role is the attitude of the hungry sales representative, love of creating and closing sales opportunities, and some understanding of cash management.
